"SIX ACRES is a family-run north-facing six-acre vineyard and winery located in southern Yarra Valley, situated 250 metres above sea level on dry grown rich volcanic soils. Using organic principles and sustainable growing methods, the yields are kept low to encourage balance and concentration within the grapes. The small size of the property means that the Ralph and whole family are involved in the wine-making process. Their aim each year is to produce bright, textural and complex wines in a way that expresses the quality of the grapes and the terroir."
