Description: aromas of boxwood, citrus & jalapeno brine with grapefruit, ginger and herbaceous featuring persisting skinsy tannin on the palate

Description: aromas of cherry, cranberry and forest floor with firm strawberry liquorice, cloves and cinnamon stick on the palate.

Viniculture: mix of karri loam and gravelly karri loam soils, natural amphitheatre vineyard with a freshwater dam, organic practices

Vinification: mix of hand-picked and machine harvested, hand plunged, 15% whole bunch, 10-day ferment in old French oak, pressed to French barrels (30% new), natural malolactic ferment, 9 months on lees, Organic Practices, Minimal, Unfined, Unfiltered, Minimal s02, Vegan

Description: aromas of blackberry, rhubarb and spice, complement dark bramble fruits surrounded by white pepper & dusty tannin on the palate
